Learned standing counsel for the respondentCorporation submitted that the petitioner was promoted to the post of Junior Assistant on 16.12.2013 and further promoted as Senior Assistant on 20.6.2019 and in view of the subsequent development during pendency of the writ petition, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. Since the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
