THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.12957 OF 2017 ORDER:

Petitioner is working as Trammer in the respondent - Company. His grievance is that in his service record, the name of his wife was recorded as Thota Mallamma against the dependant column, whereas her name is Thota Malleshwari. Requesting to correct the name of his wife as Thota Malleshwari, the petitioner submitted representation on 16.03.2017. Alleging inaction on the said representation, the petitioner filed this Writ Petition. 2.

Since the petitioner has already ventilated his grievance in his representation, dated 16.03.2017, with regard to correction of name of his wife in the service record, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to examine the claim of the petitioner for correction of the name of his wife in the service record and pass appropriate orders as warranted by law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
