This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C. challenging the order dated 28.09.2016 passed in Crl.M.P.No.825 of 2016 in POR No.46/23 on the file of the Court of the II Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Khammam. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal revision case with liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law including filing of similar type of petition before the competent authority. Permission is granted.
