HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.4491 OF 2017 O R D E R :
This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 1st respondent in issuing proceedings vide No.DE/JNTUH/ACE(A)/ M.P.Cases/B.Tech.2016, dt.03.01.2017, wherein and whereby the petitioner was debarred from writing the examinations on the ground that he has committed malpractice in the B.Tech IV/I Regular Examinations, held in November/December, 2016. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Sri V.Ramachandra Goud, learned Standing Counsel for 2nd respondent-University submits that the petitioner would have made a representation to the Director of 2nd respondent University, if he had any grievance.
In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to make representation to the Director of 2nd respondent University, and on such representation being made, the 2nd respondent is to consider and dispose of the same in accordance with law. No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
