ORDER:

This appeal arises out of judgment and decree, dated 30.09.2009, in O.S.No.238 of 2005 on the file of the Additional Senior Civil Judge, Srikakulam. Sri K.S.Gopalakrishnan, learned counsel for the appellant, addressed letter, dated 26.02.2015, to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, wherein he has informed that the dispute between the parties is settled out of Court and that therefore, the appellant is not interested in pursuing the appeal.

At the hearing, learned counsel for the appellant reiterated the contents of the said letter.

The appeal is, accordingly, dismissed as settled

out of Court.
