This petition is filed by the petitioners-accused under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings against them in FIR No.167 of 2013 of Repalle Police Station, Guntur District. When this matter has come up for hearing, the learned Public Prosecutor submitted that after completion of the investigation in the above crime, charge sheet was filed and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition and the petition has become infructuous. Recording the above submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
