Sri M.M.M. Srinivasa Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners has circulated the letter dated 16.02.2018 to the Registry stating that there is a settlement between the parties as per the memorandum of understanding dated 22.12.2017 and hence, requested to list the Writ Petition under the caption 'for withdrawal'. Hence, it is listed today.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel in the letter dated 16.02.2018, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall stand closed.
