Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents. 2.
Petitioner claims that she purchased open plot to an extent of 300 Square yards in Sy.No.27/2, Block No.1, Khajaguda village, Serilingampally Mandal, under GHMC Serilingampally Circle, Ranga Reddy District. In proof of purchase of the said land, a deed of conveyance was presented before the Joint Sub-Registrar-3rd respondent by paying the stamp duty. The 3rd respondent received the document and assigned document pending P.No.1862 of 2019 on 23.11.2019, but so far he has not registered the document nor reasons are assigned for not accepting the request for registration, causing hardship to the petitioner.

Having regard to the above, without expressing any opinion on merits, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to process the document pending P.No.1862 of 2019. If the 3rd respondent is not accepting the request of petitioner for registration of document, he shall assign reasons in support of the decision and communicate the same to the petitioner, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
