Since the respsondent has filed an additional counter-affidavit stating that the respondent has withdrawn on 29.01.2019 the notice dated 09.07.2018 issued in violation of the order dated 04.07.2018 in I.A.No.1 of 2018 in W.P.No.22878 of 2018, I am not inclined to punish the respondent for contempt.
