ORAL ORDER:

This Court in WPMP No. 4009 of 2017 in WP No. 3369 of 2017 on 13.2.2017 passed the following order.

"According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, juniors to the petitioner, who were appointed in the year 1992, were deputed to pre-promotional training fit to act as Head Constables (Civil). The petitioner was appointed on 31-01-1992. Prima facie from the reading of the proceedings dated. 02-022016 it appears that the persons, who were appointed after the appointment of the petitioner, were deputed to pre-promotional training fit to act as Head Constables (civil). If that is so the respondents are directed to depute the petitioner for prepromotional training fit to act as Head Constables (civil). Any such pre-promotional training of police constables (civil) fit to act as Head Constables (civil), shall abide the result of the writ petition.

Accordingly, WPMP is disposed of."

Alleging violation of the said order, this contempt case is filed. 3.

In the counter affidavit, respondent denied that petitioner was ignored for being sent for training, while sending his juniors. According to respondent, no other person belonging to 1992 batch was sent for pre-promotional training after interim orders are passed. 4.

Learned counsel for petitioner also did not dispute this fact. 5.

I see no reason to initiate contempt proceedings. Accordingly, contempt case is closed. No costs.
