THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.9060 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:

"to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents in appointing the petitioner as MIS Co-ordinator at Mandal Resource Centre Penuballi Mandal, Khammam District is illegal, arbitrary and violation of article 14, 21 of the constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to engage the petitioner as MIS Co-ordinator at Mandal Resource Centre Penuballi on contract basis and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deems fit just and proper in the circumstances of the case."

2. Heard Sri S.Appadhara Reddy, learned counsel, appearing for the petitioner and Sri G.Bhaskar, learned counsel, appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

When the matter is taken up, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, petitioner herein submitted a representation dated 31.08.2015 to the 3rd respondents herein and no orders have been passed on the said representation so far and a necessary direction may be issued to the 3rd respondent to pass appropriate orders on the said representation, in accordance with law, by fixing some timeframe.

4. Recording the said submission and having regard to the nature of controversy, Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits and demerits of the matter and entitlement of the petitioner, directing the 3rd respondent herein to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 31.08.2015 said to

have been submitted by the petitioner herein, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs. __________________ A.V.SESHA SAI, J 04.04.2016 SS
