As there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 01.02.2016, the matter was directed to be posted today under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner either in the morning session or in the afternoon session. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
