Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents. 2.

Petitioner claims that she intend to purchase Flat bearing No.F-2 in the first floor of an apartment building by name Padmavathi Residency located in Plot Nos.25, 26, 48 & 49, Blcok No.48 in Sy.No.189/2 & 189/3 of Ganesh Nagar, Chintal, Quthbullapur Village & Mandal, Medchal, Malkajgiri District. 3.

According to petitioner full sale consideration was paid on 23.11.2019 and deed of conveyance was executed. When petitioner intends to present the document before the Joint Sub-Registrar-3rd respondent, he refused to receive the same. A copy of the sale deed stated to have been executed on 23.11.2019 is filed as Ex.P.1. However, there is no proof of submission of document. Petitioner has also not paid stamp duty for processing the deed of conveyance. In view thereof, no direction as sought for can be issued.

Hence, petitioner is granted liberty to present the document by paying stamp duty required and by complying the other registration formalities. As and when such document is presented, the 3rd respondent shall process the same. If the 3rd respondent is not in agreement to register the document, he shall assign reasons in support of the same and communicate the same to the petitioner, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of presentation of the document.
