This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 05.01.2016 passed in I.A.No.716 of 2015 in O.S.No.2136 of 2014 on the file of the Court of IX Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District, at L.B.Nagar.

As per the list furnished by the Registry, the suit was disposed of on 07.04.2016. In view of the disposal of the suit, the purpose of filing this revision has become infructuous. 3.

Hence, the C.R.P. is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
