The learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the Investigating Officer in Crime No.15O of 2027 pending on the file of Maheshwaram Police Station, Rachakonda has already completed investigation and filed charge sheet and the same was given C.C.No.328 of 2021.
In view of the same, the learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the criminal petition with a liberty to file fresh petition challenging the very charge sheet itself' Granting liberty as sought for, this criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
