HIGH COURT FOR THE STATE OF TELANGANA : HYDERABAD MAIN CASE NO: Crl.P.No.10402 of 2023 PROCEEDING SHEET 01.11.2023 KS,J I.A.No.1 of 2023 (On being mentioned) This Court vide order dated 20.10.2023 disposed of the petition. However, in the said order, inadvertently instead of mentioning "Petitioner/Accused No.1, it is wrongly mentioned as "Petitioner/Accused No.2".

Having satisfied with the reasons mentioned in the accompanying affidavit, this application is ordered and the order dated 20.10.2023 is modified replacing the words "Petitioner/Accused No.2"

with "Petitioner/Accused No.1".

Registry is directed to issue the modified copy of the order to the above effect.

Further, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the concerned SHO on or before 14.11.2023.
