Aggrieved by the inaction of respondents in considering the application of the petitioner dated 07.12.2017 for grant of gun licence, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, submits that the application of the petitioner was rejected by the respondents and hence, the cause in the writ petition does not survive and it has become infructuous.
