S.A.M.P.No.1501 of 2017 is an application filed under Section 151 CPC seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the Second Appeal with liberty to work out legal remedies in accordance with law.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the respondent, S.A.M.P.No.1501 of 2017 is allowed. Consequently, the Second Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to work out the legal remedies, if any, in accordance with law.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
