(Respondents 4.to 6 are not necessary parties) .....Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to issue an order or Writ more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the 2nd Respondent in Executing the Non Bailable Warrants pursuant to the orders passed in CC No. 80 of 2012 dated 27.02.2012 on the file of the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Ranga Reddy District and also EA filed by the 3rd Respondent without reference to the FASR No. 113 of 2015 on the file of Hon'ble Telangana State Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Hyderabad as illegal, arbitrary and also violative of articles 14 and 300 -A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 2nd Respondent to not to execute the Non Bailable Warrants till the FASR NO. 113 of 2015 is taken up on the file of the Hon'ble Telangana State Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Hyderabad;
The petition coming on for hearing and upon perusing the
petition and affidavit filed herein and order of the High Court dated 04-022015, 11-02-2015 & 23-02-2015 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Thoom Srinivas, Advocate for the Petitioner, GP for Home (TG) for Respondetn Nos.1 & 2 and of GP for Civil Supplies for Respondent Nos.7 & 8, the Court made the following:
