Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that due to oversight and mistake certain averments were not properly reflected and seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the writ petition to present fresh writ petition with better pleadings. Granting the said leave, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
