This Contempt Case, under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1977, is filed seeking to punish the respondents for willful violation of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.18193 of 2022 dated 19.01.2023. 2.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Standing Counsel for Telangana Medical Council has produced a cop], ol the letter dated 07. 12.2024 and submitted that a Iinal decision has been taken by the Executive Committee and General Body of TGMC in the meeting held on 07.1.2.2024, that there is no medical negligence on the part ol the treating doctor and directed to close the complaint. The said decision was communicated to the complainant and to the respondent Doctor on 09.12.2024.

In view of the above submissions made by both the parties, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.
