THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No.2042 of 2017 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of the order, dated 19.09.2017, passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.1677 of 2017.

By the aforesaid order, this Court directed the first respondent to consider the case of the petitioners in terms of paragraph 20 of the common order, dated 16.09.2016 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.26870 of 2016 and batch for the academic year 2017-18 and take necessary decision within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Today, when the matter is taken up, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners that pursuant to the aforesaid order, the case of the petitioners was considered by the first respondent.

In view of compliance of the aforesaid order of this Court, this Contempt Case is closed.
