This criminal revision case is filed under sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C., challenging the judgment dated 09.07.2014 passed in Crl.A.No.22 of 2014 on the file of the Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad. Sri D.Kodanda Rami Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal revision case with a liberty to avail remedies available to him under law. Permission granted.

The criminal revision case is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this case, shall stand closed.
