THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.1169 of 2008 ORDER:

This revision petition is filed under Sections 397 and 401 Cr.P.C. aggrieved by the order dated 18.07.2008 in M.C.No.19 of 2008 on the file of the Judge, Family Court, East Godavari District, Rajahmundry. At the time of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal revision petition with liberty to file a petition under Section 127(2) Cr.P.C. before the trial Court.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to file a petition before the trial Court under Section 127(2) Cr.P.C.
