THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.12221 of 2015 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner-Accused No.1 under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking to grant anticipatory bail to him in FIR No.360 of 2015 on the file of Saifabad Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offence punishable under Section 420 IPC.

Heard and perused the material available on record. It is alleged that the petitioner received an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- from the father of the de facto complainant by promising that he will provide a job to the de facto complainant. But he failed to provide any job to the de facto complainant or to return the money.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of the allegations made in the complaint, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
