This civil revision petition is filed under Section 115 of CPC, assailing the order dated 28.9.2016 passed in E.P. No.3 of 2016 in O.S.No.70 of 2014 on the file of the Court of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Avanigadda.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing of the revision has become infructuous. As per the note furnished by the Registry, the executing Court disposed of E.P. No.3 of 2016 on 01.11.2017. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the office note submitted by the Registry, the purpose of filing of the revision has become infructuous.

Hence, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this petition shall stand closed.
