HONOURABLE SMT JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI WRIT PETITION No.19945 of 2007 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed questioning the proceedings dated 23.7.2005, bearing No.F1/2453/2001 of the Joint Collector, Ranga Reddy District dismissing the appeal as time barred. On 24.6.2011, the learned counsel for the petitioners was permitted to take out personal notice to the respondent Nos. 4 to 11 by registered post with acknowledgment due and file proof of service within a period of two weeks, in default, the writ petition shall stand dismissed against the respondent Nos. 4 to 11. As the notice could not be served on the respondent Nos. 4 to 11, the default clause was invoked and given effect to against the respondent Nos. 4 to 11 and the writ petition is dismissed for default against the respondent Nos. 4 to 11.

No petition is filed seeking restoration of the writ petition against the respondent Nos. 4 to 11 The learned counsel for the petitioners reported no instructions from the petitioners.

In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.
