Bhosale) Sri Surendra Desai, learned counsel for the appellants, does not press this appeal and seeks liberty to the appellants to file civil suit as observed by learned Single Judge in the order impugned in the present appeal.

Writ appeal is disposed of as not pressed with liberty as prayed. If the appellants file a suit, as aforementioned, it is needless to mention that same shall be considered on merits in accordance with law.
