This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 12.04.2012 in C.M.A.No.18 of 2011 on the file of the Court of the Additional District Judge, West Godavari District at Kovvur. As per the office note, O.S.No.224 of 2010 was disposed of on 31.01.2017.

Learned counsel for the petitioners also submitted that the purpose of filing the revision petition has become infructuous. In view of the office note as well as the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
