When the matter is called, Sri Shravan, learned counsel, representing Sri V.B.Subrahmanyam, learned counsel on record, submits that after filing the writ petition the respondents processed the lease application of the petitioner and granted lease also, as such, nothing survives for adjudication.

Recording the said submission, Writ Petition is closed. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
