The Conlempt Case has been filed for violation of the order passed by this Court in W.P. No. 14327 of 2004 dated 16.11.2006.

2. On 31.1O.2022, learned counsel lor the \ \ petitioner submitted that petitioner is no more and he wants to take steps to bring legal heirs of the petitioner on record. On 16.11.2022, there was no representation on behalf of tht-' petitioner and on 17.Ll.2022, very same request was once again made before this Court and this Court directed to list this case under the caption for dismissal. Today when the matter is called, Sri Janabkhan representing on behalf of Mohammed Imran Khan submits that no objection has been issued last three months back.

3. From the above submission' it shows that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the case'

4. This Contempt Case is' accordingly' closed' No order as to costs'
