This petition is filed by the petitioner - Accused under Sections 437 & 439 of Criminal Procedure Code seeking to grant bail to him in Crime No.30 of 2015-16 on the file of Prohibition & Excise Police Station, Hayathnagar, Cyberabad, registered for the offence punishable under Section 8(c ) r/w 20(b)(ii)(c ) of the NDPS Act. Heard and perused the material available on record. It is alleged that the petitioner along with other accused was found transporting 256 kgs of dry ganja in a vehicle. Since the quantity of ganja seized in the above crime is commercial, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
