In this Habeas Corpus petition, the petitioner seeks production of one Manupati Israil, S/o Premaiah.

In the counter affidavit, the 3rd respondent states that Manupati Israil was arrested on 18-08-2015 in connection with Crime No.131 of 2015 of Nagarampalem Police Station, Guntur Urban and on 19-082015 he was produced before Special Mobile Magistrate, Guntur and presently, he is in judicial custody. That seems to be the reason why nobody is coming forward to workout the instant petition. Hence, the petition is dismissed as rendered infructuous. _________________________ DILIP B.
