THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.29641 of 2012 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed questioning the Memo bearing No.7331/Genl.A1/2012-2, dated 28-04-2012 issued by the 1st respondent.

This Court, on 15-10-2012 granted interim suspension. By afflux of time, this Court is of the considered opinion that nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition at this length of time.

With the above observation, the writ petition stands closed, giving liberty to the petitioner to assail the impugned Memo, if any occasion arises in future. There shall be no order as to costs.

The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
