Petitioner's mother was employee of the 1st respondentCorporation and she died on 23.09.2000. Petitioner contends that he has to be paid death benefits of his mother by the 1st respondent and that the petitioner had submitted a representation on 14.11.2015 to the 2nd respondent in this regard, but the 2nd respondent has not taken any action thereon till date.

2. Sri Bathula Raj Kiran, Standing counsel for respondents states that the 2nd respondent will consider the petitioner's representation dt.14.11.2015 within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner.

3. In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dt.14.11.2015 within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
