When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for petitioners so also the learned Government Pleader for Revenue representing respondents 1 to 4 that the issue in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order, dated 15.06.2017, of this Court in W.P. No.18523 of 2017 and a copy of the said order is also placed on record. 2) In view of the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondents not to interfere with possession and enjoyment of the petitioners over the subject properties except through due process of law.
