THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.25131 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard Mr.T.Ramchander Rao for petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. After perusing the material on record, this Court is of the view that the grievance canvassed in the writ petition does not conform to the requirements of judicial review of a lis. From the instructions furnished by respondents, it is clear that a few steps are taken for rationalization of allotment and final confirmation in favour of respective beneficiaries. The petitioner has filed representation dated 11.06.2018 canvassing the very grievance presented before this Court. To meet the ends of justice, this Court considers it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition as follows :- (a) The petitioner is given liberty to re-submit representation dated 11.06.2018 to the 3rd respondent by enclosing a copy of this order within two weeks from today.

(b) The 3rd respondent considers and disposes of the representation 11.06.2018 in accordance

with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably within four weeks thereafter.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
