THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.26021 of 2017 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Endowments for respondent Nos.1 and 2 and learned counsel for respondent Nos.3 to 124. When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of his grievance, the petitioner submitted representations on 03.07.2017 and 13.07.2017 to respondent Nos.1 and 2, but no action has been taken so far on the said representations and a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to direct respondent Nos.1 and 2 to take appropriate action on the said representations in accordance with law.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and as the representations, according to the petitioner, are pending consideration before respondent Nos.1 and 2, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to respondent Nos.1 and 2 to take appropriate action on the representations, dated 03.07.2017 and 13.07.2017, submitted by the petitioner, in accordance with law.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
