This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India questioning the orders dated 29.09.2016 in E.A.No.102 of 2016 in E.P.No.12 of 2016 on the file of the Court of XVII Additional Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. When the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing of this petition has become infructuous.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
