This interlocutory application has been filed to have I.A.No.4 of 2022 in the related writ petition listed under the caption "for being mentioned" for seeking a clarification of the orders granted in the above matter. The related writ petition was dismissed along with a batch of identical matters on 16.12.2022 and I.A.No.4 of 2022 was also dismissed in view of dismissal of the related writ petition.

In the light of the aforesaid, this Court is not inclined to pass any order at this stage.
