This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/A2 under section 438 of Cr.P.C. to enlarge the petitioner/A-4 on bail in the event of arrest in Crime No. 94 of 2016 of II-Town Police Station, Gudivada, Krishna district, registered for the offences punishable under section 420 read with section 34 of IPC.

2. Sri Y. Koteswara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner/A2 seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal petition.
