HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.27794 of 2010 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the final notification published in Part I Extraordinary issue of A.P.Gazette No.582, dated 14-10-2008.

Sri Pasham Srinivasulu, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-Corporation submits that the lis in the writ petition is squarely covered by order dated 06-10-2015 passed by this Court in WP.No.6363 of 2009 and Batch as confirmed by judgment in W.A.No.207 of 2016, dated 16-03-2016. The same is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of the same, for the reasons alike in the afore said orders, this writ petition is also dismissed.

No order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
