CVNR,J & GSP,J W.P.No.25229 of 2018 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for issue of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents to release the detenu viz., Gandasiri Nagaraju after setting aside order, dated 19.06.2018, passed by respondent No.2.

After arguing the case, Mr.Challa Dhanamjaya, learned counsel for the petitioner, has submitted that so far respondent No.1 has not passed the order confirming the impugned detention order and that therefore, the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition after respondent No.1 takes a decision on the confirmation or otherwise of the impugned detention order.
