HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION NO.28664 OF 2019 ORDER:

According to the petitioner, in an open auction conducted pursuant to the directions of this Court, petitioners purchased the land to an extent of Acs.156.86 cents situated in Kosani village, SirpurKagaznagar Mandal, in various survey numbers mentioned in Exhibit P3 enclosed to the writ petition paper book, and the sale deeds were executed in the year 2017. After execution of sale deeds, application was made to the Tahsildar on 21.09.2017 requesting him to mutate the name of petitioner in the revenue records. Alleging inaction on the said application, this Writ Petition is filed.

Photocopy of the application filed on 21.09.2017 is enclosed to the Writ Petition paper book as Exhibit P2. However, it is seen that said application is not in the Form-6A as prescribed in the Rules made under the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971. Further, the Government is not accepting the application made in physical form and insisted the parties to make application in the prescribed form on Online web portal and when such applications are filed, the same may be processed. Since application is not made in the prescribed form through Online web portal, at this stage, no direction as sought for can be issued. Granting liberty to the petitioners to make an application in the prescribed form on Online web portal, Writ Petition is disposed of.

If such application is made, the same shall be considered and appropriate orders be passed within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of such application.
