HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.7963 of 2017 ORDER: (Oral) (Per Suresh Kumar Kait, J) Vide the present petition, petitioner has challenged order dated 07.10.2015 passed in O.A.No.4184 of 2012 by the A.P. Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, whereby the application filed by the petitioner under Section 19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, has been dismissed. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that in the Resolution dated 31.08.1989, it was agreed that an employment shall be given to one of the family members; since the respondents failed to provide employment, grandfather of the petitioner filed representation dated 18.12.2006 to provide employment to the petitioner and as no decision was taken, O.A.No.4184 of 2012 was filed. During pendency of the present petition, this Court passed order dated 17.04.2017 which reads as under:

"As the material placed on record reflects that the Commissioner and Director of Municipal Administration, the then Government of Andhra Pradesh, addressed a letter dated 25.06.2013 to the Municipal Commissioner, Sadasivapet Municipality, calling for a detailed report and the same was submitted by the Municipality under letter dated 25.06.2013, there shall be a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate action as deemed fit and in accordance with law basing on the report dated 25.06.2013 submitted by the Municipality. This exercise shall be completed expeditiously and, in any event, not later than six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the result thereof shall be communicated to the petitioner." As stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner, till today, the aforesaid order has not been complied with.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and the aforesaid order passed by this Court, we hereby set aside order dated 07.10.2015 passed by the Tribunal and direct respondents 1 and 2 to take

SKK, J & AKS, J W.P.No.7963 of 2017 appropriate action upon letter dated 25.06.2013 submitted by the Municipality, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order. Petition is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs.
