HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT PETITION No.5288 OF 2009 ORDER:

The petitioner challenges order, dated 24.02.2009 in E.O.P.No.5 of 2008 on the file of the A.P.Co-operative Tribunal, Visakhapatnam, as illegal and without jurisdiction. The E.O.P. was filed by respondents 2 to 8.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and respondents 2 to 8 submit that due to arrangement arrived at between petitioner and respondents 2 to 8, respondents 2 to 8 are not pressing E.O.P.No.5 of 2008. Consequent to such memo, pray the court to set aside the order dated 24.02.2009 and dispose of the writ petition accordingly.

The Memo dated 09-04-2013 is taken on file and accepted. Respondents 2 to 8 are permitted to withdraw E.O.P.No.5 of 2008 on the file of the A.P.Co-operative Tribunal, Visakhapatnam. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. Status-quo order granted on 17-03-2009 shall be deemed to have been vacated forthwith.
