.....RESPONDENT(S) WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through his Advocate Sri NAGARAJU NAGURU presented this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed here in the High Court may be pleased to issue appropriate Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAUMS declaring the action of the Respondents No.3 increasing the final cost of the MIG-II Phase-V, AP Housing Board Colony, Proddatur from Rs.16,58,000/- to Rs.20,47,100/- as shown in the Letters Dt:16-12-2014 Notice No.219/PDTR/MIG-II/PH-V/EE(H)-KNL/14/5488 as illegal, arbitrary and without jurisdiction against Art. 19, 21 & 300-A of the Constitution of India and further directs the 1st respondent to cause an enquiry in respect of the conspiracy, collusion and illegal activities committed by the 3rd and 4th respondent for gaining wrongfully and cause loss to the petitioners, who have purchased houses under the scheme by

appointing a competent officer in the interest of justice; AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri NAGARAJU NAGURU, Advocate for the Petitioner and directed issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this writ petition should not be admitted in the circumstances set out in the petition and the affidavit filed in Writ Petition; You viz ;
