This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 12.11.2015 passed in I.A.No.735 of 2015 in O.S.No.615 of 2011 on the file of the Court of the II Additional Senior Civil Judge, Kakinada. A perusal of the office note reveals that trial Court disposed of the above suit on 14.03.2017.

In view of the disposal of the main suit, the purpose of filing the civil revision petition has become infructuous. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
