This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/accused under section 437 and 439 of Cr.P.C. seeking to enlarge him on bail in Crime No. 377 of 2016 of Falaknuma Police Station, Hyderabad district, registered for the offences punishable under section 450, 376, 323, 504, 506 and 354-D of IPC.

2. Sri D. Purnachandra Reddy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/accused seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present criminal petition.

3. Permission is accorded.

4. The Criminal Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
