CVNR,J & GSP,J W.P.No.21795 of 2010 Dt: 10.08.2018 Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) Feeling aggrieved by Order, dated 21-07-2010, in FA.No.934 of 2008 on the file of respondent No.1- Andhra Pradesh State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Hyderabad, reversing Order, dated 24-06-2008, passed by respondent No.2- District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Mahabubnagar, in CC.No.16 of 2008, this Writ Petition is filed.

Under Section 21(b) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986, the petitioners have the effective alternative remedy of revision. In Andhra Pradesh Cooperative Housing Societies Federation Ltd., Hyderabad vs. A.P.State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Hyderabad1, a Division Bench of this Court held that a revision to the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission is an effective alternative remedy. Therefore, we do not find any reason for the petitioners to invoke the jurisdiction of this Court without availing the aforementioned remedy.

CVNR,J & GSP,J W.P.No.21795 of 2010 Dt: 10.08.2018 Hence, without adjudicating on the merits of the Writ Petition, the same is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to avail the alternative remedy in terms of the above observations.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, interim order, dated 02-09-2010, is vacated and WPMP.No.27730 of 2010, filed by the petitioners for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
